Do you develop new formulas or only produce existing ones?
Both. We can produce your supplied formula under NDA, match a benchmark sample, or develop from a brief using our base library. New development typically takes 10–15 days for the first sample round.
How many sample rounds are included?
Two rounds are standard. Further rounds are charged at cost, and the sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
What is the typical lead time?
25–35 days after sample approval for standard emulsions and liquids, 35–45 days for retinol or other actives that need extra stability work.
